Annual Dues and Road Usage Fee/Assessment
The 2024 Annual dues are $300 per lot and will be delinquent on Jan. 1, 2024. The Road Usage Fee/Assessment for 2024 will be delinquent on Apr. 1, 2024.
The 2024 Road Usage Fee/Assessment is an additional $0 for. vacant lots. The Road Usage Fee/Assessment for 2024 is an additional $300 for improved properties (home or trailer on lot and including any long-term rentals). The Road Usage Fee/Assessment for 2024 is an additional $600 for any short-term rentals (rented less than 365 days at a time), whether rented by owner, rental agency, VRBO, AirBNB or any. home advertised as a rental or by word of mouth. Not considered a rental if friends or family are guests and are non-paying.
BEACH AMBASSADOR/PATROL (voluntary donation):
We also welcome donations to our voluntary fund (Beach Ambassador/Patrol) to assist in the maintenance and security of our neighborhood.
CONSTRUCTION IMPACT FEE:
A $1500 fee is due upon approval by the ACC/Board of the application for construction of a new home only. The fee is not applicable to a home rebuilt because of a hurricane, high winds, fire or other natural causes. The fee amount is based on the cost of one load of gravel for the private roads in our subdivision.
Mandatory dues and mandatory road usage fees/assessments and any voluntary donations may be paid by check or paid online. Checks may be made out to Cabana Beach POA and mailed to:
